Jamie is an experienced academic, former principal, and international educator who has led PGCE and iQTS programmes supporting teacher development in over 130 countries. With a background spanning Costa Rica, Australia, the UK, and North and South Africa, he brings deep expertise in curriculum design, mentoring, and inclusive pedagogy. A published author and researcher, Jamie’s work bridges theory and practice, with a focus on Legitimation Code Theory (LCT), neurodiversity, and effective teacher education.

Jo is an experienced international educator with a strong track record in leadership, teacher training, and curriculum design across diverse contexts, including the UK, Papua New Guinea, Brazil, Tanzania, Russia and Sub-Saharan Africa. She has led system-wide education reform, designed full-time teacher training programmes, and advised teachers, leaders and schools globally. With academic credentials in international development management and education, she brings a practical, inclusive and informed approach to teacher education.
